The Classic Scallop Collection
Height 1-1/8" including bail. Width 3/4"

The concept for this collection was developed by my apprentice, Wilmor Quiroz. The idea was to take an actual shell and carve the inside to match the classic radiant pattern on the outside of the shell. That way, when a pearl or precious stone was set inside, the radiants would fan out like the rays of the sun. Other modifications were made to the actual shell, including carving the upper edge to accentuate the scallop design. From this basic beginning, Wilmor worked with me to create the variations with the golden citrine sunset and the rose gold seahorse. Several more versions are underway. These beautiful heavyweight 14K gold shells may be worn with either side facing outward.
